Hi, I’m Andrea.

I’ve spent my career inside fast-moving, high-pressure environments — leading teams, building systems, and being accountable for decisions that mattered.

I came to this work after years of watching capable leaders struggle in systems that rewarded urgency over clarity and activity over ownership. Not because they were failing, but because the way leadership was structured made it hard to lead intentionally.

My background blends executive leadership, product innovation, and applied science with coaching. I work with leaders who want their decisions, teams, and time to move forward without everything depending on them.

This work is practical. It is grounded in behavior, structure, and follow through. It is designed to hold under pressure, not just sound good in theory.
